This series of follicle stimulating hormone receptor (FSHR) negative allosteric modulators (NAM) could lead to the first non-steroidal oral contraceptive. Early preclinical evidence also points to potential for FSHR NAM in osteoporosis. The FSHR NAM program is in lead optimization.
