ADX71943

ADX71943 is a selective positive allosteric modulator of gamma-aminobutyric acid subtype B (GABA_B) receptors. Addex believes this selective GABA_B PAM has potential for a variety of indications, including urinary incontinence and GERD.

ADX71943 is in preclinical testing and currently scheduled to start Phase I testing in 2009.
