Key responsibilities

  • management of the reception
  • management of conference rooms and agendas
  • be the first point of contact for all visitors

  • handling calls and mail
  • giving administrative support to different teams
  • being responsible for conferences rooms
  • organizing business trips and conferences
  • organizing catering for meetings as needed
  • ordering replenishment of office and kitchen supplies
  • filing

 


Requirements

  • fluent in English and French
  • service oriented
  • good organization skills
  • quickly adaptable to an international environment
  • good knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet
