administrative assistant

The successful candidate will, be responsible for the secretariat and supporting the management team. The position will include management of executive agendas, travel and other secretarial and administrative tasks.

The qualified candidate will be fluent in English and French, be service oriented and have excellent organizational skills. Furthermore, the candidate will be able to adapt to an international environment and to a rapidly growing company. The candidate will mainly have to work with Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet.
